    • Legal advice and redlining legal agreements (HR, equity, etc.). Coordination with legal teams is possible. However, your legal team will handle substantive changes to legal documents.

    • Tax advice. I coordinate with accountants and bookkeepers to close the books each month, but I am not a CPA.

    • Direct handling of harassment or misconduct by an employee.

    • The price is customized based on the size, scale, and scope of your business needs.

    • Contract fees are paid in USD or a combination of USD and equity in your business.

    • Onboarding fee equivalent to one month of service fee due upon contract signing.
