    • Legal advice and redlining legal agreements (HR, equity, etc.). Coordination with legal teams is possible. However, your legal team will handle substantive changes to legal documents.

    • The price is customized based on the size, scale, and scope of your business needs.

    • Contract fees are paid in USD or a combination of USD and equity in your startup.

    • Onboarding fee equivalent to one month of service fee due upon contract signing.

    • Contracts are for 3, 6, 9, and 12-month increments and can be subject to cancellation by either party with 30-day notice.
