Legal advice and redlining legal agreements (HR, equity, etc.). Coordination with legal teams is possible. However, your legal team will handle substantive changes to legal documents.
Tax advice. I coordinate with accountants and bookkeepers to close the books each month, but I am not a CPA.

The price is customized based on the size, scale, and scope of your business needs.
Contract fees are paid in USD or a combination of USD and equity in your business.
Onboarding fee equivalent to one month of service fee due upon contract signing.

Contracts are for 3, 6, 9, and 12+ month increments and can be cancelled by either party with 30-day notice.
